Here are a few ideas beyond the glass:

Berry Ice Cubes – Freeze raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries in ice cube trays with a splash of coconut water or lemon juice. They’re gorgeous and chill your drinks without watering them down.

Berry Skewers – Alternate frozen strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices on wooden skewers for a festive red, white, and blue snack.

Chilled Fruit Salad – Toss frozen berries into a watermelon and mint salad for a cooling dish that’s hydrating and immune-boosting.

Frozen Berry Pops – Blend berries with Greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey, pour into molds, and freeze. Instant patriotic treats!

DIY Yogurt Parfait Bar – Set up a simple station with yogurt, granola, and bowls of frozen berries so guests can create their own layered dessert.

Frozen berries are nature’s confetti - beautiful, delicious, and bursting with nutrients. Whether you’re lounging in the sun or celebrating with family and friends, they’re the perfect way to honor your health while enjoying the holiday.

Wishing you a safe, joyful, and vibrant 4th of July—from my heart to yours!

Namasté,
Dr. A
