If you enjoy your coffee as much as I do, you may enjoy this low carb coffee martini on its own or as a great alternative to a sugar filled desert this holiday season.

  1. To a shaker filled with ice, coffee liqueur, espresso, and zero-calorie all-natural simple syrup, a splash of half and half or heavy cream, and, or course, vodka if you want the adult version!

  2. Shake for one minute until chilled.

  3. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with 3 espresso beans or a few shavings of dark chocolate.
